I received this mail within minutes of talking to Brandon on the

phone. Please do not stop contacting/voicing your concerns to your

legislators over S 517 Weather Modification Bill!!

Also, HR 6168 HR6168 Dietary Supplement and Nonprescription Drug

Consumer Protection Act, we need to keep contacting our legislators

and tell them to watch out for this and you want this bill killed.

Hey Jeanne:

As I mentioned to you, Congressman Wu is the Ranking Member of the

Environment, Technology, and Standards Committee. HR 2995, the Weather

Modification Research and Technology Transfer Authorization Act, was

referred to his subcommittee. It is not expected to move this

Congress. S. 517 is the Senate companion measure.

HR 6168 is the Dietary Supplement and Nonprescription Drug Consumer

Protection Act. While I cannot guarantee it, I can tell you that I

have not heard any talk about attaching it to any legislation that is

moving tonight or tomorrow. If it does, I will make sure Mr. Wu knows

of your concerns with this bill.

Have a good night.
