Guest guest
Robin, Can you just slice up some Ginger Root into slices and steep in some nice HOT water for a while? This should help the nausea. Guest guest
When my stomach is upset or uncomfortable, I sip rooibos hot tea. You can find it at any health food store. It sure calms my tummy down. ~Rocky
Guest guest
Aloe Vera juice (from health food store) is wonderful for stomach flu. It stops cramping which is the worst part of the stomach flu without stopping the virus from going through your system. It was recommended by a holistic MD last year, and it works! Every year my kids get it, it clears them! Blessings!
