Guest guest
A Deficiency of *Niacin Vitamin B3. Use the low dose Niacin for children. Or use the B-Complex 50 mgs. or less. You could also try a Multi-Vitamin pill for children with Niacin B3. Do not give the child any Niacin over 50 mgs. in any one day. I suggest you speak w/Doctor for a child's Multi-Vitamin prescription; (all multivitamins have Niacin B3. Niacin prevents the Skin rashes correlated with a Deficenyc of Niacin. Niacin is found naturally in Rice; Brown is best but White has Niacin. Brown Rice is far superior to White Rice as Brown Rice has Thiamine B1. Brewer's Yeast tablets also have Niacin as does Rice Bran powder. Anna.
