Guest guest
Hi, wondered if someone could educate me on alternative approach to treating depression? Thanks, dwl
Guest guest
Definitely. I've had lots of experience with this. These are things that are very helpful that I use: Tanning bed 2 - 3 times a week Full Spectrum Lighting (Mercoa.com) Vitamin D SAM-e Pineal Plus (Bio-Design) Goji Juice Exercise Hope that helps. This helps with SAD also. Depression is awful. This is the first winter that I am doing okay so far. Guest guest
The first step in treating depression involves *Light. The easiest and first step is: Increase the Lights during the Day. This is accomplished by: Full-sprecturm light bulbs Oridnary bulbs in Lamps; keep lamps on during the day; even if sunny. Open up the curtains and shades during the day; close at night. Go outside just for a few minutes as often as possible. All these techniques will lift your depression naturally. LIGHT ITSELF INCREASES LEVLES OF SEROTONIN NATRUALLY. Serotonin is the feel good memory. Hint; turn lights low at eveing. -- - In , " sea42rch " <dwlwork wrote: > > Hi, > > wondered if someone could educate me on alternative approach to treating depression? > > Thanks, > > dwl >
