But, I would prefer to grow my own herb, then make the oil, instructions are on You Tube - Rick Simpson's - Run from the cure video. It's inexpensive, and you can use it so you don't get high. If taken in divided doses throughout the day, you won't be stoned. BUT, if you want a knockout at bedtime, then just dose accordingly. I'm using it for cancer, and other issues too. But, it's working!!!!
