Guest guest
Hi, I have just started taking Rose Laurel OPC Plus and Lugol's Iodine and Selenium for my metastasized breast cancer. I am working my way up to 10 pills a day. On the iodine, can I spread out the 300 mg dosage per day? It is hard to take too much with water at one time. Is it best always to take the Rose Laurel with food? Any guidelines you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you, Patty
Guest guest
Patty, how much iodine are you taking? Have you possibly introduced it too quickly. And when did you start taking it? You should be taking 100 mg a day, although with Lugol's you can go up to 300 mg. If you are taking magnascent iodine, you would take only 100 mg. You should start at 50 mg and work your way up. If it is too hard to take with water, you may want to try mixing it in juice. Make sure it is real juice and not something with fillers, sugar, and additives. Otherwise, if it is too hard for you to take it at once, it should be okay to take a portion of it throughout the day.As for Rose Laurel OPC Plus, you should work yourself up to 8 capsules a day, not 10. 10 capsules a day is recommended for Sutherlandia OPC. The reason for the lesser amount is that Rose Laurel OPC Plus is 100% oleander while Sutherlandia OPC is a combination of oleander and Sutherlandia Frutescens, a plant native to South Africa. Oleander is what fights the cancer, this is why we are recommending Rose Laurel OPC Plus. For those with HIV/Aids, Sutherlandia OPC has excellent results. And yes, you should take Rose Laurel OPC with food.My Best, May These are The Best Years in LifeColloidal Silver/Supplements Utopia SilverCome visit Curezone Health Forum andCancer Natural Health Forum at Let's keep our furkids healthy at Oleander Soup for Pets gschubel <schubel4oleander soup Sent: Sat, April 17, 2010 5:35:39 PM Dosage Question Hi, I have just started taking Rose Laurel OPC Plus and Lugol's Iodine and Selenium for my metastasized breast cancer. Guest guest
Peace, I thought you were only suppose to work your way up to 3 Oleander pills a day. When I was taking three a day, I had severe pain in the breast/tumor, so I backed down to 1 a day now. So, I am suppose to go up to 8? My CA tracking numbers are stilll rising.... Frustrated. Guest guest
No, don't be frustrated. It is perfectly normal to have pain at the tumor area. This means that oleander has found its target. Don't back off, keep taking it. Go back to your three a day and then increase slowly to eight. You may get diarrhea when you increase the dosage. If you do, wait until it passes and then increase again. Also, are you following any other part of A Natural Anti-Cancer Protocol? I suggest that you follow as much of it as possible together with taking oleander. In fact, all of it would be ideal. My Best,Yumnah Aguba-El <yumnahagubael.aololeander soup Sent: Sat, April 17, 2010 11:00:05 PMRe: Dosage Question Peace, I thought you were only suppose to work your way up to 3 Oleander pills a day. Guest guest
Thank you for your reply. Sorry it has taken me awhile to get back to you. I am having light headedness and a little nausea that comes and goes. I backed off the Lugol's and oleander all together for a few days. Now for the last 4 days I have started up again with the oleander working my way slowly to 8 pills a day. Then I will add the Lugol's. Do you have any suggestions for these two problems? Should I try peppermint tea? What food have people found that is easy to eat on a vegan diet? Thank you for your help. > On Sat, Apr 17, 2010 at 7:00 PM, May <luellamay129 wrote: > > > Patty, how much iodine are you taking? Have you possibly introduced it too > > quickly. Guest guest
Patty, I am so sorry that you are having these problems. Are you better since you have backed off taking Lugol's and Oleander? Although Oleander can cause diarrhea and possibly a little nausea, I have never heard of it causing lightheadedness. There are remedies for nausea in the following link:/Nausea.htmYou may also want to try slippery elm tea.For your lightheadedness, try a pinch of cayenne pepper in hot water and sip. Have you checked to see if your blood pressure is within normal ranges? Is it all the time or only at certain times, for example, when standing from a lying or sitting position? Have you checked for a possible ear infection or inner ear disturbance? Do you have any stress going on? Any anxiety?Besides taking the cayenne pepper, drink plenty of waterAvoid, caffeine, alcohol, artificial sweeteners, salt, and sugar.I have heard that noni juice addresses lightheadedness effectively.Herbs that may help are Kava Kava and ginger. Although herbs in supplement form are effective, when it comes to being lightheaded teas may be even more effective as they are absorbed faster, tending to be more effective.Lastly, are you getting the proper nutrition, enough protein? I am not vegan, so I am not familiar with getting the necessary protein while on a vegan diet. I am sure someone will come along with advice in this area.In the meantime, make sure and get the proper rest you need and keep us posted on how you are feeling. My Best, gschubel <schubel4oleander soup Sent: Thu, April 29, 2010 8:06:56 PM Re: Dosage Question Thank you for your reply.
