I am pretty sure Boca burgers do have soy in them. The only burgers I have been able to find without soy are Sunshine Burgers (and they taste great!!)

Thank you Missy they sound great, I went on the website and it is impressive. I like the fact that you can click on info regarding Veganism and all the fantastic benefits of it (not just health but for the planet too) which people tend to forget how important it really is. It was also great to see there was info on John Robbins too, he is one of the longest vegans going back to the 1960s very cool!

Your right just checked.... Boca's do have soy, so glad you told me about these Missy. Also, Boca's have natural flavor (fancy hidden word for MSG), dairy, corn oil, table salt etc... and a bunch of other junk and they aren't organic either.
