Guest guest
Hi I am about to do some of Marc Swanepoels protocal for hiv HIS RECOMMENDED PROTOCAL: (1) Take the Sutherlandia OPC regularly. (2) Drink enough water (6 - 8 glasses per day). (3) Get at least half an hour of direct sun per day. (4) Do a liver cleanse every 4 weeks until you don't pass any gallstones. (5) Add curcumin as a supplement (as per the work of Dr H Kremer). (6) Take 2 x 600mg Time Release capsules of N-Acetyl Cystein (NAC) with fruit juice three times per day on an empty stomach (to help the body synthesize Glutathione). If wasting (weight loss) is already advanced, these amounts can be doubled. (7) Take 600mg Alpha Lipoic acid (ALA) per day with your food (to help increase the amount of Glutathione in the body). There are reports that high dosages of NAC can lead to the loss of Zinc, Copper and other trace minerals and it may be advisable to take a trace mineral supplement to prevent this possibility. (8) For those who do not want to take prescription medication, take an anti-fungal like Colloidal Silver or olive leaf extract on a daily basis. (9) Take 1 teaspoonful of Black Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa) 3 times per day after meals. (10) Take 100 micrograms Selenium per day with your food. (11) Take 1000mg Acetyl L Carnitine (ALC) per day on an empty stomach. (12) Eat fresh vegetables (spinach, carrots, broccoli, brown rice, Brussel sprouts and legumes) every day and try to cut back on all animal proteins (meat, milk, eggs, cheese). If you are worried that you won't get enough protein, then take un-denatured whey protein. The above is a bit too much for me as I am fairly healthy - he recommends the most important items in the protocal are the SOPC, NAC, (I believe selenium, Colloidal Silver, mushroom medicinals and olive leaf should be added to my minimum criteria), and green smoothies(which I likely will not have often enough) that being said, 1) I am not sure which olive leaf extract to use or where to get it, I almost picked one at iherb and then realized it had echinachea it it which I believe has been said to be bad for hiv - I also read that the tincture taste horrible and this regiman needs to be as simplified as possible 2) I will use the NAC sustain from utopia silver (shoiuld i still do item 9 since this nac has selenium?, though I believe that the nac is on an empty stomach, and Swanepoel says to take the selenium with food... and is it a time release form of NAC as advised by swanepoel) 3) I wouldnt mind using the " advanced colloidal silver " for convenience, but how much would I consume if I am also doing the olive leaf ; swanepoel seems to mention one or the other, i like the idea of both. Additionally read that I should have 500 - 3000 mg daily of the olive leaf extract 4) seems noone has responded to checking out Maitake gold 404 by dr namba, so I guess I will be going with the RM10 ultra; medicinal mushroom immune blend...any last minute comments on this one?? 5)I have been taking 2 400mg coq10 twice daily per previous inquireries and toward the end of hulda clark cleanup regimens....should I continue to include this in my regiman and at the same dose or a lower dose or not necessary if i am using all of the other things. 6)Tony, you mentioned these enzymes, but I lost track where the best places or brand names to use / get them: serrapeptase, chymotrypsin, nattokinase, bromelain.....is this too much for one regiman and do these take the place of the green smoothies (hopefully; lol)? 7) does anyone think it is important to take the ALC, the ALA, or the curcumin? Hope this came out organized and thanks in advance to all those that are able to help out; trying to get this together tonight and everything necessary ordered. Guest guest
Kudos to you. I do not think I could remember to do all that every day. When I am sick, I am lucky to remember to eat. I take nigella too. I was told by an Egyptian pal that 1 T of the nigella is plenty enough. He said that if I want to supplement it to use the whole seed. I have hcv & ridiculously strong allergy to mold. I've also read that you must use the Egyptian oil or seed for any benefit as the Indian nigella is actually a different plant. I'm not even going to comment on nigella from China. Although I do not drink it every day, I have olive leaves with which to brew a tea (I combine it with other teas & herbs). I put a piece of turmeric corm (the plant which give curcumin) in my juices. My juices are chewy bacausee I mix whole fruits and vegetables. I am also into raw food combining. The food tastes good & I feel better when I do it regularly. I eat a fair amount of fresh " magic " mushrooms. I just heard about a new muchroom from So America. ABs or something. My memory is shot, lol. Guest guest
The olive leaf extract I take I buy from mountainroseherbs.comIt comes in a powder and I mix it in my smoothies or in juice. If you prefer you can buy it from vitacost.com or where ever you choose in capsules. I prefer powder though because it is much cheaper. Guest guest
Hi Dennis,Below is a link from iherb that has different olive leaf extract products:http://www.iherb.com/search?kw=olive%20leaf%20extractAgain, if this is your first purchase, you can get $5.00 off by using referral code XOT949.Did you mean should you still do Item 10? I don't see where the NAC contains selenium, but I would say, yes, add the selenium. I take this supplement daily and also selenium. I believe this is the supplement that Marc recommends. Tony is also a consultant for Utopia Silver and because of Marc's recommendation suggested that they carry the product. If Marc says to take it with food, follow his instructions. For serious conditions such as HIV, the recommended dosage of colloidal silver is at least two ounces daily. Frankly, I would take both the olive leaf extract and colloidal silver. In fact, I have done the very same thing for colds. However, when taking large amounts of colloidal silver, make sure that you take probotics to insure that the beneficial bacteria in your intestines continue to thrive.I can't answer you with regard to Dr. Namba, Dennis. Frankly, I have never heard of him so I just don't know. I will say that RM10 ultra is an excellent product.I would continue taking the Coq10.And these are the two enzyme links that Tony provided. They are both excellent products:Jarrow Zymes PlusUnivase ForteFrankly Dennis, I think it's important to follow as many of Marc's suggestions as possible, but to answer your question, yes, I think that it is important to also include ALC, ALA, and the black seed oil. You want to make sure that it is Nigella Sativa.I think I have answered all your questions. Let me know if I missed something. My Best,dennis11228 <dkanakisoleander soup Sent: Thu, April 8, 2010 9:14:25 PM olive leaf extract for hiv and my regiman Hi I am about to do some of Marc Swanepoels protocal for hiv HIS RECOMMENDED PROTOCAL: (1) Take the Sutherlandia OPC regularly.
