Exercise in important: aerobic, anaerobic, stretching or yoga. Breathing exercises and meditation. Then one has to find time to eat, read, and sleep. I have the fccc in the am then go to work, i can have juice, but it is not fresh, so not sure how good it is or a waste of money. salad for lunch, which I get tired of I take a coffe grider to work because we have a large kitchen/fridge and make the focc once at work. It is time consumming and frustrating.
