I am curious as to how people incorporate all the essentials into a healthy life

style and how they find the time. Exercise in important: aerobic, anaerobic,

stretching or yoga. Breathing exercises and meditation. Then one has to find

time to eat, read, and sleep. I am also curious to find out in what order people

do these things.

Yes Jan and Hi,

I also have to work. My problem is that I seem to burn the candle at both ends

as I am forever learning new things, but never finding the time to apply any of

them or to figure in what order to do them.

I find it vry difficult to do it all. I have the fccc in the am then go to

work, i can have juice, but it is not fresh, so not sure how good it is or a

waste of money. salad for lunch, which I get tired of I take a coffe grider

to work because we have a large kitchen/fridge and make the focc once at work.

It is time consumming and frustrating.

I wonder how others do it that work.
