Guest guest
I'm amazed at what pt has done with a frozen shoulder on one side and rotator cuff injury on the other. Just graduated after going to the program at Reggie Lewis Center consisitently for 3 month. Now I have full range of motion and good pain control with no perscription pain killers...still exercising to improve upper body strrength and ofset bone loss. Normal aging demands that we fight against bone and muscle deterioration with a nutritious diet and exercise. I learned so much from my physical therapist, now just have to keep it up with daily exercise. So, Amen to Williams comment, my friend! I'm here to testify! :-)
Guest guest
I recently discovered an exercise program based on physical therapy. It's called T-Tapp, named after the creator, Teresa Tapp, who is (or has been) a physical therapist. I haven't done enough to get trim yet, but in two weeks my DH has noticed my improved posture. NAYY, satisfied customer. Mary in FL
