Guest guest
I have been trying to find someone with experience with juicing wheatgrass and then I thought, I bet I could find some here. So here is my questions: 1-I can not afford a new automatic wheatgrass juicer so I thought to look for one used. I have been unable to find any. So then I found that I could buy one that is manual used or new (mostly new). But then I found too many choices. So now my quest is to find some people with experience using the manual juicers. My questions are what is best and why. What did you like and what you did not like. I realize you will all have a different opinion on them and that is OK. That is why I am here. Thanks in advance. 2-My mind was also wondering why I can't just use my Blentec Smoothie Machine for the wheatgrass. I went to the Internet to find out and found no definite answer. The only thing I found was that wheatgrass is hard for us to digest which is why we juice it. The cellulose is too hard for us to digest. So why would breaking it us in the smoothie machine not work too? Has anyone tried this? Anyone have any thoughts on this? I did find a regular cheap juicer at the thrift store and it does not do a very good job and wastes a lot of grass. I hope to finalize my thoughts and buy a machine this weekend as I do need it for my bowl reasons. Thanks Amy
