Guest guest
Magnesium is actually more readily absorbed through the skin than the digestive tract, plus magnesium is a laxative (milk of magnesium). I keep a bottle of the liquid in the bathroom to rub on after a shower. Ruth
Guest guest
Hi Ruth. We are talking about Magnesium Chloride and not Magnesium Sulphate which is the one you have. And yes i agree with you magnesium works better and faster transdermally . And in my personall opinion Nigari flakes is the best Magnesium to use enternally or transdermally. Guest guest
Mine says Magnesium Chloride on the bottle. Nigari is made by putting bags of sea salt on racks above pans in a moist environment. The nigari (magnesium chloride) liquid leaches out of the salt and collects in the pans and is then dried. It is not purified in any way and can contain traces of contaminants. Commercial grade magnesium chloride for personal use goes through a refinement stage to remove other compounds. Mine comes from Global Light but I noticed Swanson's now carries it. If you want really cheap magnesium chloride, buy it in bulk from a chemical company, or if you live in a cold and snowy place see if you can get some from the road department. It's what they " salt " icy roads with. http://www.peterschemical.com/magnesium-chloride/ Ruth oleander soup , " Maria " <mary1kon wrote: > > Hi Ruth. > > We are talking about Magnesium Chloride and not Magnesium Sulphate which is the one you have.
