Guest guest
Hey Maria, I am in Aussie too. Ebay here has a few and some are new. I like the San-Up Ultrasonic one. It is new with a 1 year guarantee and price is $130 (or $110 if you don't mind one that is dressed up like a kids toy). If you go to Ebay and search for "ULTRASONIC ASTHMA NEBULISER" it will come up. Here is the technical data for it: http://www.sanup.com.ar/ingles/productos.htm It's model No 3042 - at the bottom of that page on the left. Any body else like to comment on this model? regardsKirsty Gold Coast, Australia
Guest guest
I'll Text my Wife as she just left for work (Respiratory Therapist) and see what her experience is with the Ultrasonic Nebuliser. Guest guest
Well I had a Chat with Me Wife. She said that this type of Nebulizer was used in the Past at her Hospital. The Models they used were extremely Expensive and the replacement parts were also costly. They now use the low cost Nebulizer Pack ( Mouth Piece or Mask type depending on need) and use the Wall Plate that either supplies Filtered Air (Yellow Plate) or O2 ( Green Plate Oxygen) to power the Nebulizer Container at 7 liters per minute. Now I personally have a Medical Industries America Sport Neb Compressor. I have a case of Nebulizer Packs that contain 2 meters of Hose, Mouth Piece, Flex Pipe, a "T" connector and Nebulizer that holds about 10 ml of solution. If anyone need a pack I have them for $4.00 + shipping. The compressors are made by many companies out there. I would have 1 as a backup for those with Asthma or other Lung Ailments. Hopefully soon I too will have these as a Complete Package including CS for a low cost that anyone to afford.
