Oh not all is used. There are so many Items that are sold new. Some

products I can buy cheaper on eBay than my Wholesaler sells to me??

I've been on ebay for 10 years or more.

Here is an article about Magnesium with Walter Last i myself use Nigari flakes daily and when i buy the nebulizer will use the same.

was intending to use it for mag bath. maybe i should just dissolve it in water

and drink it.

Exactlly what Nigari flakes are used for making Tofu cheece, my container was 600gr so sometimes i used it in the bath as well, when senior pains visit me LOL,

plus i take it daily, so yes you can do that too.

Hi Melly.

 

1 full teaspoon is around 600mg. Either you take it once a day after food. Or you divide the 1 teaspoon in smaller doses 3 times daily in 8,oz of water. If you take to much you will experience diarrhea so you must cut back.
