We are at WholeFoods and saw its worker munching on organic green beans.  I

said, you eat that raw ?  (Am always eating them cooked).  He said, yeah, i

taste and eat the produce here raw.  So i said can i try? Sure, and i took a

bean, and what do you know, the thing is so sweet and delicious.  Apparently the

sugars disappear when you cook the green beans.

You mean I am not the only one having those moments.LOL

 

I have several raw book some I got for Christmas, I just bought a dehydrator and am trying to get in to some raw food, some of the thing required I can't find or have never heard of, but I'll get there.
