I've been using a tincture that I love and I just found out that I am pregnant

but I am finding conflicting info about what is safe and what isn't. Most lists

say that everything in my tincture is safe but one list listed licorice root and

wild yam as a no-no. Can anyone confirm this?

My tincture has:

lemon balm

sassafras

sarsparilla root

cinnamon root

yellow dock

licorice root

dandelion root

wild yam

What's the name of the tincture? And/or what are you using it for?

It's an endocrine liver tea that I made into a tincture, but I only take a third

of the dose for allergies. When I take the correct dosage I feel amazing:

energetic, happy, etc. It makes my allergies seemingly disappear.
