In my perspective, everyone's journey in life is a projection of their

self-perception. Everyone we meet and every experience we have is a reflection

of some part of ourselves. It is your story.

If you look around you, careful and objectively, you just might see why this

person or this situation is in your life. What about it is trying to show or

teach you something.

On the contrary, Looking at it as if it's something to run away from, will not

be as productive as looking at it as a learning experience and a wonderful

opportunity to learn something about yourself.

You can always count on The Universe for sure. The bully, short of smackin you

upside the head, is most likely trying to get you to see something that you need

to see. Welcome the message. Learn. Grow and move on.

PS: No one will EVER treat you like a bully, unless you approve. Not doing

anything to stand your ground or set your boundaries is giving approval.

Peace,

R

spiritual healing

reiki

when u are able might i suggest a assertive training course

u must not these entities get away with anything .....

ie the bully

Testimonies

Spiritual healing ,Seichim and Reiki healing

Find good therapists in your area /a good spiritulist church

When People speak about their condition and tell of the benefits which they have

found by employing the treatments one can only feel humbled .

An interesting article

Spiritual healing -- study the healing of harry edwards google search

Harry Edwards recalled the case of a young man who, accompanied by a lady, was

brought to me for healing. He was in great pain and eaten-up with arthritis. As

the healing proceeded, so his pains left him, and his joints began to loosen and

become free. When I had finished treating him, it was a real delight to see how

wonderfully glad he was to be able to use his legs, feet, arms and hands

again... and then he told me: " When I came here, I was convinced no one could

help me, and I came only to please my Aunt, who brought me. "

You worked a miracle with his father when he was very ill 1983-84 when I wrote

to you, but you will be pleased to know he is now working for the Council and

lives a fairly normal life.

I's report is complete - he is 100% fit and will have no trouble in resuming his

sporting activities -considering the first reports, this is a miracle. I do not

know how I would have managed without your wonderful help.

You and the late Harry Edwards helped me so often and indeed I am still pressing

on 18 years after I was expected to die from my last bout of cancer.

I wrote to ask for healing for my sister who was to undergo an operation for

aneurysm in the aorta. Her operation was very successful. After 1 day in

intensive care and 2 days in progressive care she was back in her own room and

has done extremely well. She was allowed home after 7 days when she had been

told to expect to be in hospital for 10 to 15 days. Everyone was amazed at her

recovery and the surgeon told her she had been a perfect patient. I feel sure

the absent healing and our prayers were to a great extent responsible for this

wonderful recovery and I thank you most sincerely for your help.

I thought perhaps you would like to have a record of the people you have helped

during the time I have been sending reports. M.L. -angina, complete recovery. D.

L. -duodenal ulcer, complete healing. B.L. - Angina, complete recovery. P.D. -

Leukaemia - apparent full recovery.

On behalf of my mother, daughter and myself may I thank you for the lovely day

at your Sanctuary last Tuesday. My mother is so much better it is truly amazing.

She can stretch out her arms and even raise them to her head and her walking is

much stronger. My daughter was very impressed, too. 1141/6

My condition improved in as much as I now have much more self-confidence and

ability to deal with my everyday life. 1145/6

G.S. Good news. Up until recently he had to be helped to get into and out of his

car. It is adapted to enable a disabled person to drive, The other day he got

into his car entirely on his own and drove some 12 miles to a nearby town. Got

out on his own and went into a shop to make a purchase. No wheelchair anymore!

1142/6

You both, along with our friends in Spirit, have been directing healing for our

daughter who, as I told you, has been given a full bill of health, thank you.

1146/6

I must report to you the miracle that soon after writing to you about my

husband's ill health due to smoking, he decided to give up the habit and has not

smoked since. I never thought it possible. It has been well worth it all. His

general health has improved considerably. 1148/6

I recommend listening to Dr. David Burns talk about his book FEELING GOOD: The

New Mood Therapy or Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) as it's known today. This

is a primarily a self-help process that helps you get a grip on your own mind.

The book is probably available at your local library. His podcast interview is

at www.unbreakyourhealth.com and his website is http://www.feelinggood.com/

Depression has two distinct causes. Either stress from mercury or other

toxic minerals, or allergy stress. These cause 99% of all depression.

For the mercury stress, have your amalgams checked and possibly replaced

by plastic tooth fillings. Do a mineral analysis, blood, urine, or hair

analysis, and if mercury shows high, chelate it out, or start taking

ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

For allergy stress, check out Neuroliminal Training at

Http://drbate.com. It works and is guaranteed.

I totally agree with what R. wrote, however, when one is experiencing

depression, it can be tough to be objective.

One of the best, easiest and least expensive ways to begin to lift depression is

with vitamin D... especially S.A.D. And, or course, vitamin D has so many other

awesome health benefits. Most of us are deficient in D and the RDA of 400 IU is

drastically low. 2,000 - 5,000 a day will bring great results.

I recently moved to Oregon after 23 years in warm, sunny climates and 5,000 IU

of vitamin D daily has made a huge difference in my mood. I can really notice

the difference when I don't use it.

On last comment 99% is rather high for even a proven and accepted theory or

practice. It's close to being a Universal Law.

As toxic everything in your home and everything you touch, walk on, breathe,

wear and sleep on, we daily absorb. In addition to foods including heavy

metals, pesticides, antibiotics to treat sick animals, pharmacology in

drinking water. To use 99% better, it what you buy at store, and more so

your cabinets that you're afraid for children or pets to touch. That's

denial, and we have been Brand programmed to accept use of these wonder

products with all the dangers, when superior products can be made in your

home and safe.

Depression and Mood disorders can have as many causes from our basic make

up, to more so our emotional development and environment at early ages.

The Additional stress of our present culture pushes many past their

tolerance and at same time we have moved away from age of tightly social

neighbors, feelings of belonging and feedback positive for our help. We

live in concrete bunkers and internet friends more close than person 20ft

next-door. So our culture is a poison to Our spirit and emotional well

being, our minds filled in worthless values.

The only 99% is approaching it from Mind-Body-Spirit in gratitude and

hospitality.

I am hoping for 99 too. Thank you for room for my comments.

I have seen too many damaged women and young teens scarred and tortured

through life over a father that left home in first 2 yrs or one that

emotionally degraded them.

Its listed as the only cause that resonated over and over in BBD " Borderline

Behavior Disorder " / with no cure except long term therapies to work through

the damages in hopes improve.

We are indeed our brothers keeper. And Kind words and deeds lift hearts,

prayer for those assure.

We need be vessels of Aid to each other as " Wellness is in Whole " including

our Brother & Sisters.

We have miracles waiting in our help another, sometimes all it takes is: a

smile, a word, a helping hand, a joining in spirit.

Brilliant! I had heard something regards vitamin D before but it was very

confused and that just clarified it so thank you! I've been doing all my cbt

bits and trying to focus on other things {hence why my garden bench is now

covered in old manga} and physically marking off on a calender how much longer I

have to go so that I do know theres a very clear end to the problem in sight.

love to you all

Try the Candida Zapper to relieve stress from allergies which candida definitely

causes.

And use the Brain Tuner which retrains the brain waves.

depression can come for many reasons and in many forms. i have battled with it

with my grieving physical pain. it can come because of illness, because of

death, for physical reasons. it does never leave though as quickly as it

comes...or so it does seem.

Don't overlook homeopathy- only you need a good practitioner for something this

deep. A number of us can do this over the phone, but make sure you get someone

with some years of experience and good training- preferably from this country.

The subtleties of language and culture are important!

I believe this as told to me as some blood types are less tolerant of red

meats, I was told my B blood is tolerant. I do not know the reference of

this knowledge.

I do know much of the(modern) foods we eat are taxing on our digestive

processes and can lead to disease in more ways that meat enzymes, in complex

or excess sugars, refined salt and empty nutrition.

The natural foods in smell and taste trigger our saliva and stomach and body

regulators. Fake food causes these triggers and processes to be confused

and imbalanced and digestion chemistry becomes poison. Organs fail in

overwork and malnutrition. Diabetes, cancer, and whole body suffers

including effect on brain, just like addiction and mood disorders. Its

more complete nutrition rather than just meat..in what brings complete

health. Be Blessed..Eat of the Tree of Life!
