Guest guest Posted April 21, 2010 Report Share Posted April 21, 2010 Hi, Just to give you a bit of background, I have a history of seasonal affective disorder and depressive episodes. I've recently been doing a job which has been made an absolute misery due to a senior member of staff who is a grade a mega {unrepeatable word} who has essentially been bullying me. It got to the point where I was physically being sick at the thought of going into work but approaches to the boss and attempts to make peace with this woman failed miserably. Having looked at finances etc I made the decision to hand in my notice and spend some quality time at home getting my nest together and enjoying my little one {six and 1/2 and autistic , yeah I have some social stresses! } I now have to work out a month's notice so I need ways to cope with this because I've a horrible feeling it will get worse before it gets better and some general advice on what I can do to get myself centred and strong whilst I'm off.
