Guest guest
You asked " Could you please share the experiences of these people who eliminated diabetes and explain details of nutrition & excercises " This is what I did. I eat no potatoes macaroni or anything like that. If I eat bread it is 1 slice a day and whole wheat that I make myself. I eat 3 ounces of protein three times a day and three snacks. Snacks would be like a small amount of protein and five whole wheat crackers. I do not eat after 8 PM. At about 7:30 I have two sheets of graham crackers ( four little squares make one sheet to me) with a tiny bit of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of milk. Since my blood sugar drops during the night this keeps it up for me. I also exercise 6-7 days a week and drink no soda, I drink a lot of water since I exercise so much. I also have fruits and veggies with my meals or with my day time snacks. If you take your blood sugar before you exercise and after you can see the power exercise has. This is only my experience. It has worked for me. I'm no long on insulin. Have A Blessed Day Joy
