Back out of place....

Many things can cause this. Can you see a cranial sacral therapist? Have you

ever done Yoga? There are some gentle supported poses and traction that can be

done. Find a Purna or Iyengar style studio. I prefer these over chiropractic,

but that is of course another fine choice.

Which vertebrae are affected? It is quite possible that those vertebrae are

causing nerve impingement to organs that are giving you those symptoms.

I don't know which vertebra is out of place. I never tried yoga. I used one of

those warm patches and it helped. Genevive
