Guest guest
Does anyone know what would make me crave chewing ice? I can't seem to stop and I know I have to because it's so bad for my teeth. Any help?
Guest guest
My best friend's mom has been that way for years! He goes to Sonic multiple times a day and gets a cup of ice. She was told that it's a deficiency of some short, but couldn't really fully explain it. I knw that's not much information but it's a start. Guest guest
I had the same cravings. Finally figured out it was Anemia and/or Iron Deficiency. I was also concerned for my teeth but just had to have that ice! , " JudyF " <jlbfitts wrote: > > Does anyone know what would make me crave chewing ice? Guest guest
I have heard it can be a sign of anemia. Get some iron into yourself, in a good whole food form,
