Guest guest
I see them advertised as a great natural supplement. And since I live in beautiful (but cold) Wisconsin, I can't get vitamin D from the sun. I'm looking particularly at Dr. Mercola's version. Any thoughts or feedback? Guest guest
Hi Paula, I have just started using the D Spray and B12. For about 2 months now. I have noticed a difference epecially since it has been a brutal winter without much sun. I really can't say more than that at this point. I like the idea of the spray vs. the pills. I will continue with the sprays. Sherry.. , " pokeracepj " <pokeracepj wrote: > > I see them advertised as a great natural supplement. Guest guest
I live in sunny AZ and still use two sprays a day. The D3 is best. Great stuff and so much has been learned about this preventing so many diseases. My 5 yr old prefers the tablet, but it's better than nothing. , " pokeracepj " <pokeracepj wrote: > > I see them advertised as a great natural supplement.
