If you look on the net there will be alot of companies with detailed pictures. You have to get use to wearing a mask of nasal pillows but with the machine set at the right level you will again be able to sleep. Obstructive sleep apnea is dangerous if left untreated. You may have to have a sleep study done to find out what level to use on the machine. Where are you located? There are surgeries for it but it depends on the cause of the obstruction. (back of mouth too small, large uvula, etc.) Not all surgeries work all that good. I have used a cpap for about 6 years and it works great. Now if they would just find a sleep fix for my fibro I would be a real happy camper. Hope this helps you.
