JUST JOINED -what to do with freeze dried royal jelly ?

I received a gift of freeze dried royal jelly in a jar. It same to me in a

styrofoam box and researched the company. I can't believe I received a gift

that costs $125.00?

Now, I don't know what to do with it. I placed the jar in a ziploc back w/spoon

that came with it.

 

I take meds. levothroid daily hyperthryoid and lorazeapm as needed for anxiety.

 

I would love to hear if anyone is taking this royal jelly (not pill form). and

how it works for you.

Be careful, this jelly is produced by bees and can cause severe allergic

reactions like a bee sting. This per google search!!! Rev Andy
