Guest guest
Hello All, My FIL recently underwent a quadruple bypass, after successful surgery the following day had loss of oxygen to the brain for 7 minutes. Now is suffering with tremendous myoclonus. He is in a rehab facility but they cannot do any rehab because of the excessive jerking. They have been unsuccessful with stopping the jerking without putting him completely to sleep with the drugs. This has been going on since November. Are there any safe alternatives that would help with the myoclonus so that he can indeed be comfortable and begin his rehab? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, Tiare.
