Plant sterols- safe?

I read different things. Some say it prevents brease cancer, some say it

increases it. i want to take if for my cholesterol, but not sure if i should.

I was not aware that there was discussion of a potential increase in breast

cancer with the administration of plant sterols so went looking at the studies

conducted thus far.

I did not come upon studies conducted that demonstrated an increase in breast

cancer, or any cancer for that matter. In fact the overall consensus in

mainstream care is that there is good evidence that there is a reduction of

breast cancer with proper intake, though much is as yet, unknown..
