Guest guest
Annie, I think this was discussed previously but for your sake I'll run this by you. Cinnamon, coconut oil and raw honey. In a cup of hot water, add two teaspoons of cinnamon, one teaspoon of coconut oil (organic if possible) and a tablespoon of raw honey. Mix well and enjoy! It will help with your cold symptoms and ease your throat. For nasal/sinus congestion I use homeopathic Sinusin by Heel with great success. Hope you are feeling well again soon. Abundant Blessings, Cynthia
Guest guest
Hi Annie, You can try rubbing garlic on the bottom of the soles of your feet, the garlic is instantly absorbed into your body. Essential oils of lavender, tea tree or thyme are also great to put on the soles of the feet. Internally you can try taking 1 tsp of Turmeric in a bit of water or preferably milk (as it absorbs better into the system). This is great for any virus. My favourite is getting some fresh thyme from the garden and put it in a cup and pour boiling water over it. Let it cool down and then drink. If you can tolerate cayenne pepper you could sprinkle abit of that on too as it really helps with sore throats. All the best and I hope you feel better soon! kind regards, Diana Moore http://www.bowentherapy.homestead.com http://www.zazzle.com/zoom* , " annie " <orfanannie69 wrote: > > i have a really bad cold and don't want to take any over the counter stuff due to my MS. i am treating that naturally also. anytime i have ever tried the over the counter stuff i have MS symptoms. mild but still..... any suggestions on treating my cold would be great! thanks annie >
