Guest guest
Hi all, I was wondering if there is a natural way to help with having high iron? Thanks, Genevive
Guest guest
Genevieve, If you are certain your iron/ferritin levels are above normal blood ranges, you can help reduce the levels by donating blood. Have you had labs run to gage your levels? Abundant Blessings, Cynthia
Guest guest
Hi Genevive, Have you had a test for Hemochromotosis? Lucky for you drinking tea (normal black tea) helps block your body from absorbing iron. Donating Blood can also regulate your iron count. However you may want to check for Hemochromotosis first - 1 in 3 people can have it. It is where your body stores Iron in your organs. They generally just get you to donate blood every so often and it brings your iron down.
