Guest guest
hi my personal experience is that the virus is no fun. you feel like a rag, and want to sleep but you cant- you have no energy. you sleep lightly in the day, and cant sleep at nite... cant concentrate. you look normal- not sick, but you really are sick. doctors say you cant get it twice, in fact you can ( at least according to one israeli researcher, and my own experience) practically speaking, on my first round od mono it went away after months of suffering. onother time I was helped once with sunrider products. these products (kali & newplus) helped me sleep, and so got me out of the rut. sunrider is sold on a chain, enroll as a distributor, the products will be cheaper. I understand that there is another company doing the same as sunrider and cheaper- maybe one of our group has more info on that. on yet another round I was helped by acupuncture. it was phenomenal. after two treatments the virus was gone! and I was full of energy and bouncing on my job as educator. one piece of advice. don't let anyone take you for a ride. there are quacks out there, not everyone is real, and some know more than others. whatever you try, give it a time limit. if you get no results do something else. don't continue to pour money into something that doesn't work for you! hope this helps shaul
Guest guest
I had it years ago in High School. I was sick with a swollen throat for about 2 weeks and couldn't do anything. If your lucky thats all it will last, but You can't do physical strenuous stuff for at least 3 months or you risk rupturing your spleen. The doc told me I couldn't participate in sports or PE. TAKE THE DOCTORS WORD AND REST. If you don't there can be complications. I had a friend who got another virus on top of it and was hospitalized for a couple of weeks. If you have a good immune system and take care of yourself you should be able to function in a week or 2. You still have to watch heavy activities for a couple of months. Sorry I can't help more, it's just something you have to live through. Guest guest
There's a simple CURE. Start taking the cheapest vitamin C at the rate of 2 grams every 15 minutes until diarrhea starts, then cut back to 1 every half hour. You should be rid of mono within 24 hours. Guest guest
i know and all will agree that none of us like to be ill and no body has time to just sit around and what-rest? but believe me that life has some funny ways to get us to look at things instead of whizzing thu it-------life is all about change-when we are ill we have to slow down re-evaluate our priorities- look within and take time to relax to heal so instead o freaking out - look at adapting to it and enjoy the ride-not the feeling ill part but check out your limitations and  get some help from  thosre you would not normally ask- do some things that you wouln't normally do--wie letters-read-wtch movies-phone old friends write some poetry--what ver it is just cruise-i am in my 50's nd found each time i got ill (rarely0 i found i had to adopt a diferent approach to life and showed me i wasn't invincible others have to take cae of me for a change-i was allways the one doing everythig then suddenly i couldn't move--and everyon had to row the boat--------  you won't get better as soon if you on't slow down so you may as well relax then you'llbe back up racing aound again before you know it  funny enough being ill helps us to grow-------- --- On Wed, 16/12/09, Jules <jlermuseaux wrote: Jules <jlermuseaux Re: Mononucleosis Received: Wednesday, 16 December, 2009, 2:28 AM  I had it years ago in High School.
