Give up meat? Arrrhg! Maybe if I create a higher level of pain elsewhere on the

body Arthritis won't seem so painful. I've heard pot causes disorientation.

Don't need to be anymore confused than I am.

 

So... just fruit, nuts and vegetables? I'll try it. Is raw any better?

I had great success with relieving arthritis pain when I eliminated

everything white from my diet. Nothing made with flour, potatoes, pasta,

sugar, etc. I also removed gluten a short time later and found even greater

freedom. Perhaps this will work for you. BTW.. I do eat eight ounces of

animal protein (low fat and organic when possible) three times a week with

no affect.

Check you body pH. Arthritis is frequently a symptom of an overly acidic body -

which can be caused by eating too much meat, dairy, sugar, processed foods, etc.

You don't need to give up meat, but most people do eat way more than they need.

Switch to grass fed (not just grass finished) meats...MUCH MUCH healthier for

you and better for the animal and the environment.
