They passed a regulation that only an FDA approved drug can treat or cure disease. Therefore anyone who has something that works is not allowed to tell you that. The FDA will bust you for 'drug paraphenalia' The tortured logic is: If it treats disease, it must be a drug, and since Zapper is not approved by the FDA a a medical device it would violate the law to make claims for it. So it can be sold but no medical claims can be made. The First Amendment doesn't apply in the medical field. Follow the money trail. Chinese herb formulas and bulk herbs may be imported and sold only 'to make tea'. Only insiders and those who read know what they really do. Buy your herb books now before they are banned. A similar FDA regulation atates that only a duly licensed physician may treat, diagnose or cure disease or perform invasive procedure. Naturopathic practitioners must use care to avoid using those words. Many are in jail. There is yet another FDA regulation that " Medicinal value may not be attributed to any plant. " If a health food store makes a health claim, FDA agents swoop in, guns drawn, employees are fired or the store is closed. Dr. Carley left the medical profession when she discovered that pharmaceutical medicines didn't cure anything. You can hear her radio show on the Republic Broadcasting Network. Also that of Dr. A. True Ott, ND on the same station. Congress turned these regulations into law. PBS did a show on huge drug company payoffs to legislators. Even the ACLU is too scared to take on the medical free speech issue. A TV ad for a vaccine listed Guillain-Barre syndrome as a side effect. In this condition large holes appear in your brain.
