Guest guest
It could be too much calcium. That's what happened with me anyway. I had a bone spur, and when I eliminated dairy and eliminated my calcium pills, the spur went away. Guest guest
Acupuncture. Local qi and blood stagnation. There are herbal formulas that can probably work on the spurs. - " thebowentechnique " <thebowentechnique Friday, October 30, 2009 4:50 PM Heel Spurs > Has anyone had success in treating Heel Spurs? > > Diana > www.bowentherapy.homestead.com > > > > > --- > > ********************************************* > Peacefulmind.com Sponsors Alternative Answers- > > HEALING NATURALLY- Learn preventative and curative measure to take for > many ailments at: > > http://www.peacefulmind.com/ailments.htm > __________ > > -To INVITE A FRIEND to our healing community, copy and paste this address > in an email to them: > > http://health./subs_invite > > _________ > To ADD A LINK, RESOURCE, OR WEBSITE to Alternative Answers please Go to: > > http://health./links > > ___________ > > Post message: > Subscribe: - > Un: - > List owner: -owner > _______ > Shortcut URL to this page: > http://health.! Guest guest
Hello Diana, I have had success with eliminating the pain of my heal spur with Acid-A-Cal by Enzymatic. It's a preparation of some different supplements. I had stopped taking Calcium because the levels in my blood were very high, according to my doctor. This is supposed to be a calcium that is better absorbed. I also had read where you should take equal Calcium to Magnesium for joint pain, so I raised my does of Magnesium to do this. Sending you love and light... Guest guest
My Mom goes to a chiropractor who adjusts her legs and feet. She says that helps along with wearing them down with a ball.
