Sandi Harmon is the founder of 3 Arts Healing. Sandi is a lover of life,

Sandi is a certified whole foods nutritionist with comprehensive training in

East Asian healing approaches. Sandi studied with Paul Pitchford, the author of

the highly praised book Healing with Whole Foods and Nutrition: Asian Traditions

and Modern Nutrition.

 

Sandi has more than 12+ years experience as a Healthy Personal Chef. She has

cooked for the wealthiest people in the world for more than 7 years and they

have all enjoyed and/or overcome their individual challenges; such as crones

decease and Cancer. With her proven integrative healing arts, including in-depth

knowledge of whole foods nutrition along with dietary and lifestyle coaching

skills, she created " The Indigo Diet " . It is the best combination of; raw food

diets, vegan, plant based diets, traditional diets, Ayurvedic diets, low

carb/high protein diets and others. It also aims at protecting your body against

the major patterns of imbalances found in Western culture - obesity, heart

disease, inflammatory diseases, cancer, and others.

Sandi is able to provide client-specific nutritional assessments with a diet

that suits your lifestyle and body needs.

Sandi has been practicing yoga since the age of 14 and teaching yoga for more

than two decades. Her classes are creative, strong, core burning vinyasa. Her

healing style is inspiring and compassionate. Sandi encompasses and infuses

guided meditation, breathing techniques (Pranayam) and energy awareness,

focusing on proper anatomical alignment with energizing sequencing, while

exploring mind, body and spirit through asanas. Her classes are scripted from

her own practice and teachings from all the amazing people Sandi has studied

with. Most notably, Sandi has studied with Ruth Hartung (Shraddhasagar)

co-founded 7 Centers Yoga Arts.

Sandi is also trained in therapeutic theories of Traditional ,

Tai Ji and Qi gong exercises, meditation-awareness practices, Herbalism,

Homeopathy and Naturopathy.
