Guest guest
The stimulant substance in tea (Camellia Sinensis) is a 25 syllable compound so complex that nobody knows what it is. There can be no basis for calling it 'caffeine'. There's nothing wrong with the tea plant, unless it's been adulterated with copper sulfate and carcinogenic dyes by Western importers. Don't buy tea bags (floor sweepings). Buy whole leaf teas from Asian grocers. A few have a bad reaction to tea. Tea is enjoyed by more than a billion people, mostly rice eaters. If you eat fast food junk, coffee and/or orange juice are better. Stephen Jared ND
