Guest guest Posted October 6, 2009 Report Share Posted October 6, 2009 I am in the United States...in Oregon you are allowed to sign a religious exemption (or use to be) to opt out of vaccines while still being allowed to attend school. I lived in another state in the mid-west that was a bit more rigid...also allowing religious exemptions but not without much fight (6 months)...I went through a pro-bono legal service that helped me...the particular midwest state wanted a copy of my religious creed/doctrine which was a violation of my constitutional rights....end of story....my children remained in school un-vaccinated.
