Guest guest
Over the past week I have experience a significant amount of gas. It feels as if it is moving around my abdomen. However. last night it felt like it was moving around my chest and shoulders...never experienced this before. What could cause this and is there a quick, natural relief? Thanks so much, TSW
Guest guest
Gas is usually the sign of something dying in the gut. This causes methane gas, and usually farting. Have you started to take Acidophilous or a lot of yoghurt lately, as that will do it. It is killing off excess yeast in the gut. Some foods may also cause the same thing. Good luck. It should pass in a day or so. -- Phil Bate PhD http://drbate.com - Free Alternate Health Advice Neuroliminal Training (NT) helps solve mental problems without drugs at low cost. Guest guest
Gs is produced by a number os issues. The most prevalent is the food sensitivities to gluten, soy, dairy, etc. A rotation diet detects the offenders. Eliminating them results in a better diet, less irritation and inflammation and most gas production will go away. Most people are sensitive to something and sensitivy increases as we get older. Guest guest
TSW, The smell can many times be a clue as to what basic digestive issue you are having: carbohydrate: lots of gas, doesn't smell bad, or at all protein: sulfury, rotten eggs, putrid fats: rancid From what you're describing, sounds like carbohydrate issues to me.
