Glucosamine Sulfate is great, no matter what form, but you will most

likely (and quickly) find that there are limitations to the amount that

you can take. My experience is that greater amounts are important if

you want to effect a cure and the only joint supplement that I can take

in huge quantities is MSM. When I get any sign of joint pain, I start

ingesting MSM by the tablespoonful several times a day until the pain

subsides. Works for me...

Hi Everybody,

Lately I seem to be having joint pain. My joints don't seem to have any

swelling around them (fingers, ankles, feet) but when I get up in the

morning I'm very stiff and my joints have a dull ache to them. I'm only 44

and fairly active - I am in the process of walking on a treadmill several

days a week to get into better shape. I'm 5'5 " and about 180ish.although

most think I'm less than that. I know that losing weight will help but is

there anything else I can do to alleviate this pain? In the morning I can

understand a little bit as to why I may have these aches - having slept all

night, but it also happens when I sit or am in one position for awhile - and

when I mean awhile.it can be as little at 15-20 minutes. When I get up it's

stiffness all over again.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

You need Homeopathic Remedy, " Rhustoxicodendron 200 " one dose at bed time,

repeat after 3 days if pain starts again.

Lisa,

I had that for a period of time and it went away. I can recommend high

grade fish old and omega 3 and 6 over time will take away the joint pain.

I think you are on the right track with the walking on the tread. I may just

add some stretches before and after might help.. Good Luck..  Patti

Me, too. Is this the first time you've had this problem? Mine comes and goes,

for several years now, and it's usually worst in the hips (esp. the left hip).

One time I actually went to the M.D. to check for inflammation; no inflammation,

but borderline ANA (anti-nuclear antibodies). By all the symptoms I'd been

having for 2 or 3 years, it was probably lupus, sometimes worse, sometimes

better. Digestive enzymes and fiber and consciously de-stressing took care of

the most obvious symptoms, but I wonder if this is related. Could be something

else, but a lot of things run on a continuum anyway. I sure don't have a perfect

diet.

I keep saying one of these days I'm going to go somewhere and see what foods

somebody thinks I'm sensitive to...

I don't have pain in my joints, but feel all-over

stiff and old when I get up in the morning IF

I have done without digestive enzymes for too

long. It used to be a matter of forgetting, but

for financial reasons I did without for a few months.

I got away with it in summer.

We had a wonderful warm one here in B.C. But on the

first damp cool day the joints give notice that they are

not twenty anymore. Or 60.

I just ordered Superzymes again and can hardly

wait till they arrive. I checked the local health

food store first to see if anything of equal value

was available cheaper. It wasn't as far as I could tell.
