Guest guest
I'm thinking one of those mini-trampolines would be good for that - no jarring movements and it gets your circulation and lymph system moving. I use one about 20 minutes a day. Guest guest
Have you tried Homoeopathy or Ayurveda. If not try them. They should prove efficatious in the treatment of Varicose veins. Guest guest
Bleeding cupping is good for varicose veins. Acupuncture to break stagnation is excellent as well. Those rebounders are one of the best things you can do for your general health. - " Carol Minnick " <carol Saturday, September 26, 2009 6:37 AM re: varicose veins treatment? > > I'm thinking one of those mini-trampolines would be good for that - no > jarring movements and it gets your circulation and lymph system moving. Guest guest
Just make sure you get a good quality rebounder. The cheaper models can put strain on your ankles and back, most times without you even realizing it. The good ones are a lot more expensive, but they last a lot longer and are essential to use if you are looking for all the wonderful health benefits (including varicose vein treatment). So in other words, don't buy your rebounder at Walmart, etc. And look for a steel frame (not aluminum), high quality springs, and a long-lasing mat. For more info, you can check out this free guide I put together about rebounders. http://www.how-to-boost-your-immune-system.com/rebounder.html Best regards, Melissa , " Ieneke van Houten " <ienvan wrote: > > Rebounder does sound like a great idea, also: try Reflexology. > More on it here: http://reflexology-research.com > >
Guest guest
It is a Traditional technique. The acupuncurist uses a three edge needle to break the skin and glass cups to provide suction. This draws the stagnant blood out. The important thing is to break stasis and promote flow of qi and blood. - " Linda Bumpas " <lindabumpas Friday, October 02, 2009 9:49 AM Re: re: varicose veins treatment? What is bleeding cupping?
