Guest guest
If she were mine, I'd eliminate sodas, white flour, sugar, junk, etc. And, I'd use a good probiotic taken several times per day, eat lots of plain good yogurt , without the sugar (use fresh unswetened fruit instead). I've read that it is usually due to ph out of balance in the intestines, too much refined foods (acid), not enough alkaline foods. And, that causes putrification instead of good digestion. So, do some research on digestion issues and use the probiotic, instead of over-the-counter acid relief. Hope that helps. It will take a long time to get and keep it under control. Guest guest
Yeast infection occurs because of several things wrong in the digestive system. This is explained clearly and the solution is also clear at www;drbate.com/Ref/guthtml. The over use of antibiotics, coupled with stress causing need for more nutrition is a major cause. Our " modern " diet does not provide enough vitamins, particularly the vitamins used up in dealing with stress, so " Leaky Gut Syndrome " is the result, in the attempt to get the needed nutrition. This opens up the exchange between the gut and the bloodstream, and poorly digested amino acids are allowed thru. These may resemble bacteria or virus, and the unconscious mind " labels " them as " enemies " , and a food allergy is formed. Very few yoghurt's are that useful in repairing this situations. What is needed is a lot of Lactobaccilus Acidophilus (mostly just called Acidophilus). The best forms are found in capsule form in a refrigerator in your local health food store. Start your 10 year old with 5 capsules after a meal that contains some milk product. Then, repeat every 2 days for at least five times. Check the stool the day in between. It should gradually grow lighter in color and smell less. A correct color is a brown orange, and much less smell. Repeat this procedure every time you take any antibiotic. -- Phil Bate PhD htp://drbate.com - Free Alternate Health Advice Neuroliminal Training (NT) helps solve mental problems without drugs at low cost.
