I am wondering if you mixed it with water and appied to the feet whether your body would absorb it. I am going to try this, and will let you know how I get on. I have noticed when you apply garlic to the bottom of your feet, you can taste it on your tongue..so its a great way of getting important products to your entire system. I also was told that walking in sea water for 20 minutes your feet will soak up all the minerals you need. This is ok if you live by the sea. I would like to hear of more ideas if you have them.
