Guest guest
I have just made up some Magnesium Chloride Oil using 1/2 Magnesium Chloride Flakes with 1/2 Boiling water - I then put it in a spray bottle to enable me to spray on to my skin after showers. My skin felt so soft and moisterised. I also found I had the best sleep ever and have ever since applying this to my skin. I feel alot more relaxed. I applied this oil to my mother who has alzheimers and I am not sure whether it was just a coincedence, but for the past 3 days she has been totally normal with no noticable memory problem? I am wondering if any of the members have tried this therapy and if so what did it help you with? Guest guest
I have been using magnesium chloride oil for several years now. I keep a bottle in my kitchen, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. I also mix my shampoo half and half with magnesium oil it gives my hair a healthy apperance and makes it more manageable. I spray it on any little ach or pain and get immediate relief. As most people aredeficient in magnesium, transdermal magnesium therapy is the best way to get magnesium...much better than pills. Guest guest
Diana, I use Magnesium Choloride Oil when I get leg/knee pain. It always help. Last week, my husband had a sore shoulder/neck. I massaged the area with the oil, and he was feeling better in a few minutes. I call it my magic potent. I will never be without magnesium oil . . .it's great stuff. I don't use it every day, but I try to use it 3-4 times each week. Guest guest
Hello Irene and Anne, Can you offer some brand names for Magnesium Chloride Oil that you know work well? I went to a health food grocery store and could only find Ionic Magnexium in a liquid form. I use it with Castor Oil on my muscle pain and that works, but I'd like to try the oil you are referring to. I have found it is not so easy to find locally. The internet also has a lot of different types of Magnesium Oil. I'd like to narrow it down if I could and save some time and money with your help. Sending you love and light... Guest guest
It is interesting that you say you put it in your hair products as I tried using it as a styling gel by just applying that to my hair straight instead of my usual mousse. And it was fantastic! My hair looked the best it has in years. Apparently spraying it onto your hair, it will also help bring back colour to graying hair over a period of time.
