Guest guest
I have had a mole appear on the inner part of my thigh over the last few weeks. It does not hurt, bleed or itch in any way it is just " there " . It bugs me because it is there and being where it is it does get rubbed when I walk and I want to get rid of it, can anyone suggest ways to remove it without having to go to the Dr. to get it removed? I am in Australia so some products may not be available here. cheers Lyndall
Guest guest
Hi Lyndall, being from the Antipodes, as I am, I suggest you get the mole medically checked. Do not take chances with melanoma. Leone NZ
Guest guest
I would think that you would want to have it looked at by your doctor as moles don't just appear like that out of no where. It could be a sign of something more serious (like finding a lump in your breast). Have it looked at! Guest guest
I would have it looked at by a dermatologist. Some moles can be removed and some cannot. If you have a tendency for many moles in general or if this is not removable and it is an odd development, classical homeopathy may help. I can send info on a homeopath there if you like. Guest guest
Don't worry I will be getting it checked out, but now I'm not so sure it is a mole as it looks somewhat more like a large pimple - red and tender to touch and with a " white " centre ( much like a pimple as it comes to a head), so it could be a build up of pus/fluids but whatever it is I will be seeing my Dr this coming week. cheers Lyndall - " Leone Booth " <Suziebee Friday, August 28, 2009 10:00 AM RE: mole on thigh Hi Lyndall, being from the Antipodes, as I am, I suggest you get the mole medically checked. Guest guest
Just as I thought, it is NOT a mole! thank goodness, lol. It most definitely was something like a very large pimple or black/white head that filled up with " gunk " and then popped. Over the weekend I had treated it with CS and covered with a band-aid so as to avoid it getting rubbed or knocked and yesterday I checked it and it had not only gone down in size but the gunk inside was clearly visible and when lightly touched it popped! LOL. Have treated it with CS again and will just keep an eye on it for a day or so to ensure it does indeed get better, but I am still relieved that it wasn't a mole or anything possibly more sinister. cheers Lyndall - " Lyndall Abbott-Young " <devil.tas Sunday, August 30, 2009 6:17 AM Re: mole on thigh Don't worry I will be getting it checked out, but now I'm not so sure it is a mole as it looks somewhat more like a large pimple - red and tender to touch and with a " white " centre ( much like a pimple as it comes to a head), so it could be a build up of pus/fluids but whatever it is I will be seeing my Dr this coming week. cheers Lyndall

Guest guest
I have 2 warts on my thumb and the dr has frozen them several times and they have never gone away. I would like something that works on them myself.
