Hello, I would like to know if someone knows of something natural that I can

give my grandmother for all the shaking she is going through. She has alzimers

and her tremors are so bad it is very hard for her to eat.

I am having pain in my mid to lower back and nothing the doctors do seems to

help. If someone could give me some type of information that would be very

greatful.

Thank You,

Val

Grandma has a foundational essence deficiency with endogenous wind.

You probably have a more acute foundational essence deficiency. There are

great acupuncture points and herbs for that. QiGong is also good.

Black beans, black rice, black chicken, blackberries, raspberries, black

sesame, royal jelly, walnuts, red grapes, shitake. Stuff like that.

Val,

These are both rather big topics, and specific to the individual, in other

words, it's in both your interest as well as your grandmother's to seek out

professional medical assistance. For your grandmother, i would see a good

neurologist first, then consider complimentary treatment second.

For you, i would suggest the opposite. Seek out a good acupuncturist who either

specialises in or has significant experience with sports medicine (ie. back

pain).

The difficulty with offering suggestions for back pain is that there could be

many contributing factors, and this is what it sounds like from your post.

Since that is the case, look into functional exercises, such as through Egoscue,

he has two books, and have cured many a back pain that have not been adequately

addressed by others.

The use of topical liniments can be very effective, arnica cream as well as st.

john's wort are great. There are many products out there, Traumeel is one that i

have used in my clinic with very good success.

Lastly, i would suggest an anti-inflammatory (along with good diet and the

removal of emotional blocks, EFT works well for the latter), such as the product

Zyflammend, as well as proteolytic enzymes.

Hope this helps, there is much out there, don't be discouraged, there is hope.

Kind regards, Tymothy Smith, L.Ac.

Homeopathy covers almost all curable and incurable diseases in all ages but it

is slightly time taking and great patient with knowledge about oneself is

required. To help both of you classically you need to write about the state of

your WILL, perversions of Understanding and perversions of Memory in detail.

That is what is known as constitution and it further needs to individualize each

patient from others who suffer from such common conditions.
