Changing your own heart 2. Individuation: the lifelong process of becoming whole. Dreamwork is an effective tool to aid this process. Every dream, whether evoking tears of laughter or a heart-throbbing rush of terror, contains within its symbolism a message both relevant and vital to our lives. Each night, our dreams address the important issues in our lives, giving us insight and direction – in symbolic form. Dreamwork provides the key to interpreting this rich language of metaphor and symbol through which our dreams communicate their penetrating wisdom. Explore this fascinating world of archetype, shadow and illumination as we work on dreams shared by members of the group. From enhancing creative problem solving to providing inner guidance and wisdom, dreamwork is a powerful vehicle for personal growth. Since dreams are best worked in a group (that many more insights!), we will be meeting once a month to share dreams with one another and explore their wisdom.
