Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I thought I would post and ask if anyone might have any ideas of herbs, vitamin supplements or diet that might help with nerve disorders. My husband suffered a back injury in late Spring at work. He had 3 slipped discs, one up against a nerve. Since that time, even with physi cal therapy, he did not get better and actually is now in a debilitated condition and can't walk. He did suffer a mini stroke 2 weeks ago. The doctors are also not sure if this is connected or if this is two separate conditions. The doctors at this time suspect a nerve disorder, but no diagnosis of his medical condition has been made. He is 55 with no genetic background of nerve disorders. Therefore at this time, I am looking for anything that might help rejuvenate the nerves. Any suggestions? Thanks, Shirley **************S T R E T C H your technology dollars with great laptop deals from Dell! Guest guest
To start I would give him homeopathic Hypericum 30C for several days. You can write me for dosing instructions. Guest guest
Magnetic energy can work great to get circulation to the area. I've seen it work when loads of other therapies have failed. Either a magnet to cover the area or a device that gives off magnetic energy. The sleep systems are very nice but pricey. They are designed to separate the discs gently and allow fluid to flow between. It could be beneficial to rub magnesium oil into the affected area. One I had a pain that nothing helped for almost a year (saunas, massage, chiropractic all in vain) and one application of oil made the pain vanish for good. Nerves need magnesium! I use the one from Ancient Minerals. Also you may want to look into one or more of the following: -MSM -glucosamine -cetyl meristoleate -Devils Claw for pain relief -Zyflamed from New Chapter for inflammation Magnetic energy will decrease or even eliminate inflammation in most cases. I've seen stroke victims have almost miraculous recoveries with this. I am not promising anything as each person is different but I put several people on a magnetic device while giving a presentation at the Heart & Stroke Foundation local support group a few years ago and we were all stunned at how a few of the people were able to walk totally steady afterward with no balance issues.
