Guest guest
Hello, I thought I would post and ask if anyone might have any ideas of herbs, vitamin supplements or diet that might help with nerve disorders. My husband suffered a back injury in late Spring at work. He had 3 slipped discs, one up against a nerve. Since that time and physical therapy, he did not get better and actually is now in a debilitated condition and can't walk. He did suffer a mini stroke 2 weeks ago. The doctors are also not sure if this is connected or this is two separate conditions. The doctors at this time suspect a nerve disorder. He is 55 with no genetic background of nerve disorders. Therefore at this time, I am looking for anything that might help rejuvenate the nerves. Any suggestions besides B12 and/or St John's Wort? Thanks, Shirley **************Performance you need and the value you want! Check out great laptop deals from Dell! Guest guest
Tonify liver yin. Sounds like overall a liver deficiency. Nerves in are categorized under " sinews, " which are nourished by liver, according to five element theory. A stroke will be due to liver yin deficiency unable to restrain yang, causing heat to rise to the head. Find an acupuncturist who also does herbs. Especially if there's a stroke in his history, it's important to find someone good.
