Guest guest
Hi Melissa, Be careful with iodine supplements. Too much can have toxic effects. Seafood and kelp are good natural sources of iodine. And of course there is the regular iodized table salt. Some people are so afraid of salt that they are actually deficient in iodine - not good for the thyroid gland... Guest guest
Thank you, Melissa and Irene! I just ordered a bottle of Iodoral, and will check into Dr. Brownstein's books. Have heard his name mentioned before. All my best, Melissa -- In , Irene <imclark09 wrote: > > Melissa, > > Lots of new research on iodine. Look into Dr. Brownstein's books. Guest guest
I take a kelp supplement I picked up from GNC, its 150mcg per tablet. I take 2 daily. That is in addition to a multivitamin and occasional iron supplement. , Irene <imclark09 wrote: > > Melissa, > > Lots of new research on iodine. Look into Dr. Brownstein's books.
