Guest guest
Melissa, Lots of new research on iodine. Look into Dr. Brownstein's books. I know many people that are taking Iodoral with great results. You have be very careful with kelp due to contamination . . .research the source very closely and see if they run test on it for toxins. Sea salts are much better for your health than iodized salt. I have used Iodoral usually 12.5 mg (1 tablet), but I have used 25mg. I feel much better when taking iodine. Guest guest
Melissa, Irene is so right on, taking iodine is a huge benefit to the entire body. Every organ needs iodine. Dr. Brownstein is the leader in iodine use and research, in fact I just re-read his latest book last night. I use Lugol's liquid iodine daily (50mg) Cynthia
Guest guest
When sometime ago I took just a few drops of iodine daily trying to get rid of the ovarian cysts, I soon had to stop because my iodine levels increased a lot. I was trying to follow Dr_ Wright's treatment under his supervision. I wonder why my levels increased so much and other people can take it forever without any problem. Any idea?
