Aromatherapy, herbs, natural living, etcI am an herbalist so most of my

supplementation is with herb tea:)

In my signature is a link to my site. Go to the page healthy minds and bodies

and on the top left is a tea for pregnancy. I use that daily. I sell it as well

to help pay for my use:)

Basically you need to mix 1 cup of rrl, nettles, 1/2 c oatstraw, 1/4 cup

alfalfa, 1/4 cup rosehips, 1/4-1/2 cup of red clover(preg tea only would have

1/8 cup) and 1/4 cup spearmint.

The spearmint ties it all together and makes a pleasant tea, but then again you

couold go all over the place with this and use hibiscus, lemon balm, lavender,

chamomile, or whatever you enjoy. You can add a pinch of stevia to sweeten it a

bit and mix togehter.

Put 1 heaping teaspoon of your dried herbal tea into a pre heated mug

teapot, or canning jar.

Add 8-12 oz boiling water.

Cover immediately to preserve the volatile oils that may escape through the

steam.

Let steep 8-10 minutes. Strain and drink

This will give you an easy way for the body to receive most nutrients and

hydrate you as well.

If you try it, Let us know how you like:)

Blessings

Hi there,

All natural 100% vitamin supplements are more costly than those imitation OTC

" vitamins " . That is because they cost more to make. But, isn't your health

worth it?? Would you rather spend $100 on organic, pure food supplements than

$200 for a doctor bill and prescriptions? I have used both. But, only natural

food-sourced supplements for several years now and I would not be feeling/doing

as good as I am without them. My first bottle of natural multiple and I was

sold on it. BIG, BIG difference in how your body will absorb the nutrients.

Not trying to brag, but I am testimony to the benefits.

Thanks for listening,

Marsha in Ohio

hi,

I'm visiting in the country and would like to stack on vitamins to take home to

Europe. It seems difficult to find natural vitamins over the synthetic ones.

Does anybody have recommendations on natural vitamins, especially vitamin C,

acerola or alike for kids?

what are good brands on natural vitamins other than Solgar?

and what is a good brand for cod liver / fish oil? which brand has fish from

clean seas? in Europe I use Health Span products.

I use Bio-Strath, a natural vitamin made by a Swiss company. For vitamin C I

use Amla-C-plus and buy it from Radiant Foods.

I no longer use cod liver oil but I think Nordic Naturals might be the best or

Dr. Ron's fermented CLO.

I like Standard Process whole foods. Also The Vitamin Code Vitamin C is what

I am taking a little pricey but WHOLE FOODS, not just a vitamin. Also Norweigan

Fish Oil is about the best one I found. I really love Solgar. Good Luck  Sara

Depends on what exactly you're looking for - Solgar make a fairly decent

vitamin line, although it's all isolated/synthetic. I would recommend whole

food supplements - made from whole foods, instead of the isolated stuff.

With the whole food kind, you don't need a bunch of individual vitamins -

everything you need would be in the whole food supplement.

Hi Susa -- I have to ask! How is the natural-remedy thing going over there (and

what part of Europe)? I was seeing things there for awhile that suggested you

wouldn't be able to buy herbs and vitamins and such. The Codex. Is that

affecting you (why do you need to stock up in the States)?

thanks
